Drew Stutzman is a partner of the firm specializing in Default Servicing. The Default Servicing practice of the firm represents various financial institutions and banks in foreclosures, bankruptcy, evictions and real estate closings (REO) throughout the State of Georgia.

He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering in 1995. He received his juris doctor degree from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law in 1998. Drew's practice focuses on creditor's rights, foreclosure and related trial work, specializing in the representation of creditors in bankruptcy. Drew is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Savannah Bar Association.
